As a high-traffic government platform serving millions of Dominican citizens, gob.do required constant maintenance, security hardening, and issue resolution. The portal integrates multiple government institutions and services, making reliability and security critical — any vulnerability or downtime directly impacts citizen access to essential services.

My Contributions
What I Worked On
As a developer, I provided ongoing support and improvements across the full stack:
- Vulnerability remediation — identified and resolved security vulnerabilities across the frontend and backend, ensuring the platform met government security standards for handling citizen data.
- Issue resolution — debugged and fixed production issues affecting user experience, from UI glitches to backend API failures.
- Support & maintenance — provided continuous support for the platform, ensuring uptime and reliability for a service that handles passport renewals, social security queries, and travel permits for thousands of daily users.
